The municipality of Santa Cristina de la Polvorosa, in the region of Benavente, has lived a sad and intimate farewell today. That of the young family doctor Sara Bravo López, who died of coronavirus after having been infected while working at the mota del Cuervo health center in Cuenca province. The young woman suffered from previous pathologies, specifically she had asthma.
Born in Ciudad Real, the young woman was 28 years old. She was a student of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Valladolid, as recalled by Ignacio Rosell, one of his former professors. This Sunday she has been buried, with the presence only of the closest relatives, in the cemetery of the Zamorana town of which her mother and her maternal grandparents are natural.
