Profession: neonatologist and pediatrician

 

Dr. Luis Felipe Bernett, 73  a neonatologist and pediatrician with a recognized track record, was a mentor to many who now excel in medicine. He died while in intensive care, becoming the third Panama doctor to succumb to the virus.

Dr. Bernett is the 3rd doctor to die in Panama from COVID-19.
